I optimized the chat system using NextJS and TypeScript to make communication between customers and property hosts smooth. On top of that, I created a customer support chat system that boosted response efficiency by a whopping 98%! Working closely with different teams, I made sure the backend APIs and frontend systems played nicely together for a seamless experience. I also created a feature to track customers who leave items in their carts, allowing us to contact them with personalized offers, resulting in increased sales.

As the lead developer, I handle all aspects of client projects, including software engineering, debugging, and performance optimization.
